To engage women in decent jobs by creating female entrepreneurs using a non-formal skills training model.



1. Develop a replicable research-based approach to ensure target groups are rightfully selected to participate in the programme.

2. Build an impact-influenced partner relationship with organizations/individuals to transfer skills and resources to beneficiaries.

3. Build a dedicated team of volunteers to foster the implementation of our various training programmes.

4. Establish a continuous monitoring and evaluation process to improve on our training and monitor the constantly shifting trend in skills advancement.
